Tommy has lived and practiced in Brenham since making a professional leap of faith by moving there from Austin in 1998. For Tommy, it was a place to raise children that reminded him of the small town in which he was raised, one that stood independent of a large city, and where the countryside was a short distance from downtown.

Since establishing his practice in Brenham, Tommy has been a catalyst for lasting and sustainable change in the community through his thoughtful and visionary leadership.

Elizabeth began her professional career in 1998 and has worked in large and small firms, providing a range and depth of experiences.

She joined Upchurch Architects in 2003, and has been recognized for her leadership and achievements as a young professional by the Dallas AIA, AIA Brazos, and the Texas Society of Architects.

Elizabeth works with clients from Pre-Design through Construction Administration to ensure that projects are executed to meet the design intent and the Owner’s needs and priorities.

Rachele has over 20 years of experience in the profession, working in larger and smaller firms in Corpus Christi and Brenham. She joined Upchurch Architects full time in 2019 after working on a contract basis for a couple of years.

She’s become a vital member of the team and focuses on production and construction administration.
